Cancellation/Refund Policy
We understand certain situations may occur that could prompt the need for a test to be cancelled. Should you need to cancel testing, a cancellation fee will apply. Upon setting up testing, we incur certain non-refundable charges, such as physician fees, credit card processing fees, etc.
*There is a 50% cancellation fee on all testing. Therefore, if you choose to pay half up front and decide to cancel your testing, there will be no refund. If you choose to pay in full up front and decide to cancel your testing within 30 days, you will receive your money back less the 50% cancellation fee. If you pay in full up front and decide to cancel outside of the 30 day window, you will receive no refund.
Reschedule Policy
Testing may be rescheduled without incurring any additional fees.
Privacy Policy
There are many things that are important to us, such as affordability, convenience and simplicity. However, your confidentiality is our primary concern. We use extreme measures to protect your medical information. We will in no way use, sell or release your personal medical information, except as needed to comply with HIPPA regulations. Our staff is trained in HIPPA compliance issues and takes your privacy very seriously. We respect our clients and ensure that all counseling and testing remains completely confidential.
